Delete your 47 Restaurant app account

This page explains how to close an account created in the 47 Restaurant app and what happens to the connected data.

Delete in the app

1. Open Account.
2. Choose Privacy and your data.
3. Choose Continue to account deletion.
4. Complete the recent sign-in check, enter DELETE, and confirm.

Club access, the member code, points and rewards stop as soon as the verified closure completes. The app signs the device out.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@47wigston.co.uk from the email address used for your account. Use the subject 47 Restaurant app account deletion and include your name. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes.

We will verify that the request belongs to you before closing the account and will respond within the time required by applicable data-protection law.

Data removed or anonymised

The verified closure removes or disassociates the app profile, communication preferences, push-device registration and active Club access. Authentication credentials are revoked so old sessions cannot continue using the account.

Data we may retain

We may retain minimised or pseudonymised order, payment, refund, booking, loyalty-ledger, fraud-prevention and audit records where they are needed for accounting, dispute handling, security or another legal obligation. Retained records are not kept for marketing and are removed or anonymised when the applicable obligation ends.
